Please Read before Scheduling an Appointment
- If you would like to schedule an appointment, we require a $25 deposit upfront. Any jobs over $400 require a $50 deposit. Jobs over $1,000 require a $100 deposit or 10% of total estimate. Deposits will be applied to your total balance. All deposits are non-refundable.
- Large Masters, Living/Dining Rooms, and Bonus rooms may count as 2 Rooms based on the size if the Room;if they are larger than 12*12 sq ft = 144sqft. Halls and Stairs count as Areas/Rooms as well.
- If you are not going to be at the address provided you must pay the day of before we complete services.
- If your hardwood floors are cleaned, please be aware all furniture must be moved prior to us arriving.If you get a glossy finish you cannot move the furniture back onto the wood for 24 hrs.
- A $10 travel fee will be accessed towards your service if you are located outside of Charlotte NC and it’s surroundings.
- A $20 travel fee will be accessed towards your service if you are located outside of Huntersville, Mooresville, Monroe, Cornelius, York, Clover.
- You must spend a minimum of $79 in services for an appointment.
- Once you schedule an appointment please be aware that we do not move large furniture.
- If you cancel your appointment day of after confirming it the day before you will automatically be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
- If you reschedule day of the $25 fee will go towards your cleaning but is still due day of.
